DaBest Solutions, Inc. is founded by Keith Byrd, a Realtor on the Central Coast of California. Prior to real estate, Keith spent seventeen years in Silicon Valley working for successful startups that provided the equipment to build and secure the Internet, the last seven years as VP of Marketing. Keith was one of the first 100 employees at Cisco Systems.

Keith decided to retire from Silicon Valley in 2002 and move to the coast where he went to college. It was the experience of buying and selling that showed him how far behind the real estate industry was with leveraging the Internet. He obtained his real estate license and was one of the first agents in his area to implement a website with IDX in 2002.. He was also one of the first Realtors to start a blog in 2003.

Over the past 10 years, Keith has been working on his websites and strategies. Because Keith develops his own websites, he has been able to test many different types of products to see which ones work the best. Because he couldn't find products that had all the features he wanted to offer, Keith has developed several products, wth the help of some software engineers, which have proven to be popular with site vistors.

Keith's local real estate site has generated over $1.5 Million in commissions over the last three years.

In the past few years, Keith's Internet strategies have been recently recognized. He was Finalist for the NAR Technology Spotlight Award and was featured on Realtor Magazine's Master Series.

Keith created DaBest Solutions, Inc. to provide a great home search experience in other areas, using local Agents and Brokerages and local IDX listing searches. .
